Terms & Conditions
About Prieto’s
Prieto’s is a menswear house based in Stockholm, Sweden. These terms govern all purchases made on prietos.eu. For any question, write to info@prietos.eu or call +46 72 939 60 21.
Membership
Prieto’s is a members’ house: purchasing from our collections requires an active membership. A membership runs for twelve months from the day of purchase, is personal and non-transferable, and is paid once — nothing renews automatically and no card details are stored. We will write to you before your membership ends, should you wish to renew. Prieto’s Privé, our invitation-only tier, is granted upon invitation and payment of the Privé fee; any time remaining on an existing membership is added in full.
Right of withdrawal — memberships
By completing a membership purchase you expressly request that your membership begins immediately, within the 14-day withdrawal period. If you withdraw within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the amount paid less a proportionate deduction for the days your membership was active. To withdraw, email info@prietos.eu from the address used at purchase.
Prices & payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Payment is taken at the time of order by credit or debit card through our payment provider; Prieto’s never sees or stores your full card details. In the rare case an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to decline the order before dispatch; any amount already charged will be refunded in full.
Shipping
Shipping is complimentary on all orders, worldwide. Estimated delivery times and full details are set out under Shipping & Returns.
Returns — garments
Garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Full conditions are set out under Shipping & Returns.
Defects & statutory rights
If an item is defective, contact us and we will make it right — repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery and design — is the property of Prieto’s and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer in the EU you may also refer a dispute to your national consumer body or the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
